Brazilian adult film star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known as Anna Polly, tragically died after falling from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro. Authorities have initiated a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
Reports indicate that Anna had invited two men to participate in a filmed encounter for an adult content platform. However, both men have reportedly given conflicting accounts regarding the moments leading up to her fatal fall, and no arrests have been made at this time.
The Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit is leading the investigation, reviewing hotel CCTV footage and interviewing staff members. Additionally, Anna’s mobile phone is being analyzed for any pertinent evidence.

The incident occurred at the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel, as confirmed by local reports. Disturbing footage circulating online shows a police officer standing over a body covered with a blood-stained sheet, believed to be Anna’s.
Her boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, expressed his grief to Brazilian magazine Quem, stating, “If someone is to blame, they will pay, and the culprit will be found. She died in the fall. There was no time to save her.” In a heartfelt tribute on social media, Pedro shared details of her funeral and his sorrow, saying, “It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass, it’s starting to sink in, and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”
Although the incident occurred on January 23, it has only recently gained attention from mainstream Brazilian media. Friends and colleagues are in shock, with one close associate recalling Anna’s aspirations: “She had loads of plans, wanted to expand her presence on social media, and always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects.
