Babcock University is set to enhance Nigeria’s healthcare education with the construction of a new School of Pharmacy. The six-floor building, sponsored by Nigerian philanthropist Chief Kessington Adebutu, is dedicated to his late wife, Mrs. Caroline Oladunni Adebutu. Located in Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, this project aims to address the critical issue of counterfeit drugs and support research in Nigeria’s healthcare sector. The university’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ademola Tayo, emphasized that the school will contribute to healthcare education while fighting fake drugs. The project is slated for completion by October this year.
